Keraniganj: A General Diary (GD) was filed by the jailer of Dhaka Central Jail in Keraniganj on Saturday, over receiving death threats for executing death sentences of war criminals, reports UNB.

Dakshin Keraniganj Police Station Officer-in-charge Mohammad Monirul Islam said the death threat was issued to Jailer Nesar Alam through a text message at night.

Later Shakhawat Hossain, deputy jailer of the jail filed the general diary with South Keraniganj Police at about 8:00pm.
