Dhaka: President Abdul Hamid on Tuesday expressed deep shock at the death of former minister and BNP leader ASM Hannan Shah.

In a condolence message, the President prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the members of the bereaved family.

BNP standing committee member ASM Hannan Shah passed away at a hospital in Singapore early Tuesday at the age of 77.
