They were taken to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College in the town where doctors declared Bulbul dead.

A woman named Joli Begum, 35, wife of Shah Alam of Putimari village in Sonatala upazila, died on the spot and her son Nishan, 2, suffered injuries as a human hauler overturned on a road at Khanpara in the upazila around 11 am after being hit by a truck.

In Dhaka, a member of the staff of Habiganj Chief Judicial Magistrate Court was killed on the Airport Road here in the evening.
