737 cases filed against vehicle owners-drivers in Ctg

Chittagong: Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) and Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) filed 737 cases against owners and drivers of different types of vehicles including 218 cases against CNG-run auto rickshaws for not obeying the metropolitan rules in the city during the last 24 hours, reports BSS.
They also seized 48 vehicles including 14 CNG-run auto rickshaws during the drives, the release added.
Traffic department of CMP also added that they realized Tk 3,32,350 as fine from the different types of vehicles for violating CMP rules.
