Sherpur: A Sherpur mobile court on Sunday sentenced a teacher to two months’ jailed for leaking question during the Junior School Certificate (JSC) examination at Muksudpur High School centre in Sadar upazila of Sherpur.

The convict is Iman Ali, an assistant teacher of the school.

The district administration officials informed that Iman took photo of the math question with his mobile phone during the exam and sent it outside the centre.

On information, the centre’s inspectors detained him along with the mobile phone.

Later, he was produced before the mobile court led by assistant commissioner (land) and executive magistrate Muktadirul Ahmed which sentenced to two months’ jail and fined TK 200.
