Keraniganj: Police recovered the body of an unidentified young man, stuffed in a sack, from the Buriganga River at Kamrangirchar in Dhaka on Tuesday.

Local people discovered a sack floating in the river at about 11:00am and called police, said the Keraniganj Model Police Officer-in-charge Ferdous.

Later, police recovered the body of the young man, aged around 25, draped in a black pair of pants and a black T-shirt, from the sack and sent it to Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy, he said.
