Dhaka: International Television Channel Ltd. (NTV) Director Alhaj Nuruddin Ahmed and journalist Faruk Ahmed have been honoured for their professional skills at an event in Dhaka.

Alhaj Nuruddin Ahmed and Faruk Ahmed were handed over crests at an accolade programme arranged by Rotary Club Lalmatia in the capital city’s Kazi Nazul Islam Avenue on Wednesday evening.

Rotary International District nominated Governor A F M Alamgir handed over the crests to Alhaj Nuruddin Ahmed and Faruk Ahmed as token of recognition for their technical and professional skills.

Among others, Rotary Club Lalmatia President Mohsina Ahmed Dina, club’s General Secretary Omar Faruk and star presidents of several rotary clubs were present at the event.

Guests at the event spoke about various social welfare activities conducted by Rotary Bangladesh.
