Dhaka: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive unearthed a fake cosmetics factory and arrested eight people on French Road at Nayabazar of Dhaka’s Bongshal area on Thursday.

A team of RAB‐3 led by an executive magistrate Mazharul Islam, conducted a drive in the area at about 8:30am and found a fake cosmetics factory, said Major Maruf Hossain, company commander of RAB-3.

The elite force arrested eight people and recovered huge fake cosmetics from their factory.
