Dhaka: A truck driver received burn injuries as miscreants hurled a petrol bomb at his vehicle at Kenduapara near Kanchan Bridge in Rupganj of Narayanganj early Saturday.

The injured was Badsha Miah.

Intelligence sources said miscreants hurled a petrol bomb at the Chittagong-bound rice-loaded truck from Rajshahi when it was passing through the area at about 4:00am, leaving the driver of the vehicle Badsha with burn injuries.

He was taken to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital.
