Dhaka: Newly-regularised eight judges of the High Court (HC) division took oath at the Supreme Court Judges’ Lounge on Sunday morning. 

Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha administrated the oath of the eight judges—SM Mozibur Rahman, Justice Amir Hossain, Justice Khizir Ahmed Choudhury, Justice Razik-Al-Jalil, Justice Bhishmadev Chakrabortty, Justice M Iqbal Kabir, Justice M Salim and Justice M Shohrowardi.

On 8 February, President Abdul Hamid regularised the jobs of the eight judges.
