Eight people were burnt in boiler explosion in Gauchia auto rice mill at Gobindapur village of Sonargaon in Narayanganj.

Among the injured, three have been admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

The Sonargaon police said the explosion took place at about 12:00 noon on Wednesday. Panic spread over the area after the explosion. Local people rescued the injured people and sent them to hospital.
