Dhaka: A fire broke out at a slum at Korail in Boubazar area of Mohakhali in the early hours of Thursday.

The fire originated at about 3:00am. However, the fire could not be brought under control till 5:00am.

Fire Service Control room duty officer Mizanur Rahman said around 18 units of fire fighter are working to bring the flames under control.
