Investigation on against Moosa Bin Shamsher: ICT probe body
 
Dhaka: The investigation agency of the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has launched its probe into the crimes against humanity allegedly committed by controversial businessman Moosa Bin Shamsher.
"We are continuing our primary investigation and would file case if we find any evidence against him," said Sanaul Huq, co-coordinator of the agency, at a press briefing held at its office this morning.
Recently allegations of crimes against humanity against Moosa, notoriously known as Nula Moosa at his home district Faridpur, surfaced in the media as two local Freedom Fighters recently said they are ready to testify against him.
Moosa grabbed the headlines on some international media for his flashy lifestyle and business as arms dealer. He recently was summoned by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and was questioned for allegedly acquiring illegal wealth.
In the meantime, the ICT investigation agency said it has found evidences of crimes against humanity against nine war criminals from Mymensingh and Jamalpur.
Of the nine, Abdus Salam, 75, Suruj Ali Fakir, 62, Joyen Uddin Faruki, 60, Abdur Rahim, 67, Jalal Uddin, 59, and Rustam Ali, 70, have already been arrested.
