Khaleda Zia to sit with BNP policymakers tonight
Dhaka: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is going to sit with her party’s standing committee members on Sunday night to discuss the country’s latest political situation, the Prime Minister’s upcoming India visit and work out the party’s next course of action.
The meeting will be held at the BNP chief’s Gulshan office at about 8:30pm with Khaleda in the chair, her media wing member Sayrul Khan told UNB on Saturday night.
A BNP leader close to Khaleda said the party policymakers will talk on a wide range of issues, including Comilla city election results, the country’s law and order, human right situation, killing of Chittagong JCD leader Nurul Alam Nur and the Prime Minister’s India tour.
Besides, he said the party’s organisational issues will also be discussed at the meeting.
