Dhaka: A fire broke out at Sunrise Building in Dhaka’s Elephant Road area on Friday morning.

Belal Hossain, a warehouse inspector at Fire Service Control Room, said the fire broke out on the second floor of the seven‐storey building around 7:00am.

On information, seven firefighting units rushed in and brought the blaze under control around 9:00am.

Reason behind the fire could not be known yet.
