Dhaka: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested eight suspected members of Jamaatul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) from different parts of Narayanganj and Comilla on Thursday.

RAB Headquarters officials said the elite force conducted drives in the two districts and arrested the eight suspected JMB men along with some jihadi books and explosive substance from their possession.

Details of the drive will be briefed in a press conference later.
