Dhaka: Detective Branch of Dhaka Metropolitan Police arrested two members, including a professional advocate, of a gang of frauds from Chankharpol area in the city on Saturday.

Sources at the DB said the duo-Advocate Md Abdus Samad and Mohori Md Boni Ahmed, were arrested on charges of being involved in bailing out accused submitting false documents in court.

The detectives also recovered 81 fake seals, including those of the Supreme Court, district and sessions judge courts, as well as seals of jailers and deputy jailers of various jails. Besides, documents of 13 cases that were used in bailing out the accused were also seized.
