Dhaka: A hawker was killed when a speedy bus knocked him down in the Dhaka’s Sayedabad area on Thursday.

Anisur Rahman, officer‐in‐charge of Jatrabari Police Station, said Ruhul Amin, in his thirties, got down from a bus around 9:00 am another bus hit him from behind, leaving him dead on the spot.

On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
