Parliament goes into session today
Parliament is going into its 15th session on Tuesday after a recess of 51 days.
The 15th session of the 10th parliament will begin at 5:00pm.
Before parliament goes into session, its business advisory committee will hold a meeting with Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury in the chair to fix the duration and businesses of the session, reports UNB.
On April 16 last, President Abdul Hamid convened the session, which may be very brief.
Officials of the Parliament said this session is likely to be prorogued before Shab-e-Barat to be observed in the country on May 11 as the budget session will begin early June.
The last JS session was prorogued on March 11.
