Narayanganj: A Narayanganj court on Wednesday sentenced twenty three people to death for killing four activists of Awami League in Araihazar upazila in 2002.

Kamrunnahar, judge of Narayanganj Additional District and Sessions Judge’s Court, issued the verdict.

Among the condemned convicts, four remained absconding.
