Dhaka: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina arrived in Dhaka after completing her four day official visit to attend the Arab Islamic-American (AIA) Summit at the invitation of Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

A VVIP flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the Prime Minister and her entourage landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 1:30am.

During her visit, Sheikh Hasina also performed holy umrah at the Haram Sharif in Makkah and offered ziarat at the Rawza Mubarak of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) in Madinah.

She also had an informal meeting with US President Doland Trump and invited him to visit Bangladesh. Trump accepted her invitation and expressed his desire to visit Bangladesh in the future.
