Chittagong: Police arrested three men for possession of 120 gold bars from Ruby Gate area of Chittagong on Tuesday Afternoon.

The arrestees are Jahir, 32, Jakir Hossain, 28, and Mohammad Faruk, 31.

A team of Police led by sub inspector Akram of Bayazid Bostami Police Station, challenged a private car in the area at about 3:30pm and recovered the 120 gold bars from the car.

Later they arrested the trio from the car.
