Dhaka: The official website of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division was restored on Saturday afternoon, several hours after it was hacked.

Public Relations Officer (PRO) of ICT Division Abu Naser said the website was restored at about 4:30pm.

Authorities of ICT Division noticed around 3 pm on Saturday that the website was attacked by a hacker, said Naser adding, a hacker from India might have hacked the website.
