Pilot missing after aircraft crashes in Bay

Chittagong: A pilot went missing as a training aircraft of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) crashed into the Bay of Bengal in Chittagong’s Patenga on Monday morning.
Members of BAF, Bangladesh Navy and Coast Guards are conducting search operations in the bay for the missing pilot, Flight Lieutenant
Tahmid.
Chittagong Shah Amanat International Airport manager squadron leader Nur-e-Alam told NTV online the plane F-7 took-off from the BAF’s Jahurul Haque Ghati at about 11:10am and crashed into the sea around 6kilometre away from Chittagong port at about 11:15am.
