Charge framed against Salahuddin in India

A Shillong court in the Indian state of Meghalaya on Wednesday framed charges against BNP leader Salahuddin Ahmed for trespass.
Dhaka: A Shillong court in the Indian state of Meghalaya on Wednesday framed charges against BNP leader Salahuddin Ahmed for trespass. The trial will start from 30 July.
The court of Chief Judicial Magistrate KML Nongbri passed the order today.
Salahuddin went to the court at about 10:00am. Salahuddin’s lawyer SP Mahanta was with him at that time.
SP Mahanta said the trial will begin from 30 july.
Before entering the court Salahuddin said ‘I did not come to India willingly. Someone or some people left me here tying my eyes, hands and legs. I don’t know them.’
But Salahuddin did not say anything about the case filed asgainst him.
