Dhaka: Former South Korean Ambassador to Bangladesh Lee Yun-young bade goodbye to Dhaka saying he will be the honorary Ambassador of Bangladesh to Korea.

‘Even though I’m leaving, I’ll leave my heart here. I’ll be Honorary Ambassador of Bangladesh to Korea,’ he wrote in his Facebook as he was heading for Korea completing his three-year tenure in Dhaka.

Lee described Bangladesh as a beautiful landscape with diverse culture and diligent, resilient and creative people.

‘Thank you so much for all friends who have extended warm hospitalities and sincere friendship to me. I look forward to seeing you again anywhere in the future. ABAR DEKA HOBE!’ he wrote.

The South Korean diplomat also mentioned that he had a wonderful and unforgettable time in Bangladesh.
