Dhaka: Detectives held seven suspected members of the banned Islamist militant outfit Hizb-ut-Tahrir from the capital’s Khilkhet area.

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DP) media wing in a text message on Sunday morning said seven Hizb-ut-Tahrir members were held on Saturday night.

Details in this connection will be informed in a press conference at DMP office in Mintoo Road at about 11:00am.
