Dhaka: Job searching on online platform is increasing alongside the traditional employment advertisement, according to a study report.
It shows employer are posting overseas job on the online platform which has also been appeared as most lucrative among the job seekers. Marketing and sales related jobs are in the second position.
The study also found that nearly 78 per cent of the total jobs in the country are based on the capital Dhaka followed by 13 per cent in Chittagong and 6 per cent Sylhet.
Job vacancies on online job portals such as Bikroy.com and BDJobs currently span entry level to management positions and feature a wide variety of jobs within this range.
‘I was trying so many different ways to find a job until I applied to Safara Online through Bikroy.com. These job sites have also attracted vacancies from organizations ranging from SMEs to leading corporate to the site, thereby providing job seekers with access to a cross section of job opportunities.
