Dhaka: Robi customers across the country will now have a wider and better access to internet as the leading mobile phone operator will launch Wi-Fi services for them.

One of the internet service providers of Bangladesh, AccessTel, has become Robi’s partner in providing all technical supports to make this initiative successful, said a press release on Sunday.

An agreement was signed at Robi Corporate Office in Dhaka’s Gulshan in this regard.

Robi’s Chief Operating Officer Mahtab Uddin Ahmed and AccessTel’s Chief Executive Officer Zain Omar signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

The Wi-Fi service will initially be introduced in the country’s key metropolitan locations and gradually it will expand to other areas.
