Savar: The year 1 honours classes under the academic session 2014-2015 of Jahangirnagar University will begin on 28 March.

Admission Conduct Committee member secretary and deputy registrar Mohammad Ali announces the date in a press release on Friday morning.

The press release says central admission conduct committee decided the date in a meeting chaired by vice-chancellor Farzana Islam on Thursday night.

The entrance test of academic session 2014-15 was held on October last year but due to shutdowns and other issues the university authorities could not start the classes on time.
