Dhaka: The US Embassy in Dhaka, including its consular section, will remain closed on Thursday in observance of the Thanksgiving Day, an American national holiday.

The American Center, together with the Archer K. Blood American Center Library and the EducationUSA Student Advising Center, will also remain closed, reports the UNB.

However, emergency services for American citizens will be available, said the US Embassy on Wednesday.
