Dhaka: The US Embassy in Dhaka, including its consular section, will remain closed on February 17 and  February 21 to celebrate the President’s Day, a US national holiday, and in observance of International Mother Language Day, a Bangladeshi national day.

The American Centre with the Archer K Blood American Centre Library and the Education USA Student Advising Centre will also remain closed, said a press release, reports the UNB.

However, emergency services for American citizens will be available on these days.
