Comilla: Members of Border Guard Bangladesh in a drive recovered 25 Molotov cocktails from Balutupa area in sadar upazila early Saturday.

Tipped off, a team of BGB-10 led by Nayek Subedar Abu Taher conducted a drive in the area at about 12:10am and recovered the 25 firebombs in an abandoned condition, said commanding officer of BGB-10 Lieutenant Colonel Mokhlesur Rahman.

Miscreants might have kept the bombs here for carrying out subversive activities, he added.

However, no one was arrested in this connection.
