Mahmudullah hits second WC ton for Bangladesh

Mahmudullah brought up his second One-Day International (ODI) century during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 Pool A match between Bangladesh and New Zealand at the Seddon Park in Hamilton on Friday.
Mahmudullah, who hit his maiden ODI century as well as Bangladesh’s first ever ton in World Cups during Bangladesh’s match against England, brought up his milestone in 112 deliveries.
Earlier Mahmudullah, playing his 114th one-day international, surpassed the previous highest individual Bangladesh score at a World Cup set by team-mate Tamim Iqbal against Scotland in Nelson last week.
After Bangladesh had been put into bat, Mahmudullah (128 not out) batted with increasing authority to steer his team to a challenging 288 for seven and ensure they became the first team to bat through their 50 overs against the unbeaten co-hosts.
Both sides have already qualified for the quarter-finals.
