Dhaka: Bangladesh will take on Pakistan in the third and last match of the Dan Cake ODI Cricket series with a 2-0 led advantage at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Wednesday, eyeing a first-ever whitewash to go with the first series win over their subcontinental rivals.

The match will begin at 2:30 pm.

The Tigers won the series with a game to spare riding on Tamim’s back to back centuries, 132 and unbeaten 116 runs, as well as Tamim-Mushfiqur’s century plus third wicket partnerships in the both matches.

Bangladesh earned a comfortable 79-run win against Pakistan in the first match while defeated them by 7 wickets in their second encounter of the series.

This historical series victory for the first time against Pakistan is the fourth series win against Test playing nation after Zimbabwe, New Zealand and West Indies.

There is no change in Bangladesh squad for third encounter while Pakistan is likely to include Umar Gul in place of Rahat Ali.

Bangladesh squad (probable): Tamim Iqbal, Soumya Sarkar, Mahmudullah, Mushfiqur Rahim, Shakib Al Hasan, Sabbir Rahman, Nasir Hossain, Mashrafe Bin Mortaza (captain), Arafat Sunny, Taskin Ahmed and Rubel Hossain.

Pakistan squad (probable): Sarfraz Ahmed, Azhar Ali (captain), Mohammad Hafeez, Haris Sohail, Mohammad Rizwan, Fawad Alam, Saad Nasim, Wahab Riaz, Junaid Khan, Saeed Ajmal and Umar Gul.
