Gaibandha: A young man, Sushil Chandra, was killed in an attack by his rivals over previous enmity at Doulatpur village in Sadullapur uapzila on early Friday.

Sadullapur upazila police officer-in-charge Zia Latiful Rahman said Sushil Chandra had an enmity with Hannan Shah.

As a sequel to the enmity, Hannan along with his supporters swooped on the house of Sushil at about 2:30 am and stabbed him indiscriminately, leaving him critically injured.

Later Sushil died on way to hospital.
