Sirajganj: At least three people were killed when a truck hit a mini truck on the Bangabandhu Bridge West link road in Konabari area, Sirajganj, in the early hours of Sunday.

The deceased are truck driver, his assistant, and a child.

Two people were injured during the accident.  

The Banghabandhu Bridge West police said the wreck happened when the truck hit the gas cylinder-laden mini truck that was standing still beside the road at about 5:30am, leaving three people dead on the spot and four others injured.

The bodies were kept at Sirajganj Sadar Hospital. The injured were admitted to the same hospital.
