Dhaka: The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) 2 on 8 July sent Moslem Prodhan, alleged Razakar commander from Nikli, Kishoreganj, to jail.

The ICT 2 passed the order as police produced the accused before the court on 8 July morning. Kishoreganj police arrested the sexagenarian accused on 7 July, hours before the tribunal issued warrant against Moslem, from his home in village Kamarhati under Nikli upazila in Kishoreganj.

The tribunal on 7 July issued warrant to arrest Syed Md Hossain and Md Moslem Prodhan.

According to the prosecution, the investigation agency has already found ample evidence in support of their involvement with six charges including murder, rape and abduction.

Of the two, Syed Mohammad Hossain is the younger brother of fugitive Syed Mohammad Hasan Ali, who has been condemned to death for his crimes against humanity.
