Gazipur: A minor girl was slaughtered by some miscreants at Chakpara area of Sreepur in Gazipur on Friday morning.

The deceased is Naznin, 7, daughter of Hasmat Ali Hashu of the area.

Some miscreants entered Hasmat’s house and slaughtered his daughter following previous enmity, said Aminur Rahman, sub-inspector of Sripur Police Station.

Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Shahid Tajuddin Medical College Hospital morgue.
