Export and import activities between Bangladesh and India through three land ports — Bhomra in Satkhira, Hili in Dinajpur and Benapole in Jessore — will remain suspended until September 16 on Eid-ul-Azha.

Trade through Bhomra and Hili land ports was halted on Sunday. However, the activities through Benapole remained snapped from Thursday last.

The export-import activities through the three ports will resume on September 17.

However, the immigration section at the ports will remain open as usual to facilitate the movement of passengers with valid documents.
