Dhaka: Electronics giant Walton has extended the tenure of replacement guaranty on its produced fridges up to one year for its valued customers effective recently.  

The offer was announced by the company’s high officials at a ‘Declaration Programme’ at the conference hall of Walton Group’s Media Office in the capital.

Earlier, the local brand provided the benefit of replacement guaranty to its fridge users for six months, now the period of this benefit has been extended by more six months as the assurance of highest standard of its produced refrigerators and freezers.

Executive Directors of Walton Group Eva Rezwana (chief marketing coordinator), Amdadul Haque Sarker (marketing head), SM Zahid Hasan (Policy, HRM and Admin head), Md. Humayun Kabir (PR & Media head), Neamul Haque (head of Walton Service Management System), among others, were present at the event.  

The officials said Walton is strongly committed towards its customers to provide world-class products with highest facilities at affordable rates.  

Along with the replacement guaranty facility, the users of Walton fridges will also enjoy up to 10 years replacement guaranty facility on compressors, they said.

SM Zahid Hasan said, ‘we extended the replacement guaranty on our produced fridges up to one year as we have full confidence that our produced fridges are up to the mark of international standard.’

Eva Rezwana said assurance of the highest standard of our produced appliances is a prerequisite for making a strong foothold on the national and international markets.
