Dhaka: The fire that broke out on early Saturday in a plastic factory in Kamrangirchar on the outskirts of Dhaka was doused.

The firefighters took the fire under control at about 8:45am.

Fire Service Control Room Inspector Mizanur Rahman told NTV Online that seven units of firefighters went to the spot when they were informed that fire broke out in a plastic factory in front of the Kamrangirchar Eidgah field (Eid congregation field) at 7:31am.

The reason behind the fire could not be known immediately.
