Law Minister Anisul Huq will formally give his formal reaction about the verdict on 16th Amendment to the Constitution at a press briefing on Thursday.

The press briefing will be held at 12 pm at the conference room of the Ministry, reports the UNB.

Earlier, on August 1, the Supreme Court released the full text of its verdict upholding the High Court verdict that declared illegal the 16th Amendment to the Constitution establishing Parliament's authority to remove Supreme Court judges.
