Dhaka: The High Court (HC) sentenced former minister Barrister Nazmul Huda to four years in jail in a case filed over taking Tk 2, 40, 00000 as bribe.

Besides, the court also asked Nazmul Huda to surrender before the judicial court within 45days.

A HC bench comprising Justice Bhabani Prasad Singh, and Justice Mostofa Zaman Islam issued the order on Wednesday afternoon.
