Dhaka: State Minister for Technical and Madrasah Education Division of Education Ministry Kazi Keramat Ali has made his daughter Begum Kaniz Fatema his assistant personal secretary (APS).

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a gazette notification in this regard on Tuesday.

The appointment was made as per the state minister’s desire, reads the notification.

It further says this appointment order will remain effective as long as the state minister will hold his post or as long as will want her daughter to carry on her duty as his APS.

Keramat Ali, an MP from Rajbari-1, was sworn in as state minister on January 2 last.
