Dhaka: A tattoo maker has been arrested from city’s New Market area for spreading video of tattoo making moment.

Cyber Security & Crime Division of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested accused Tariqul Islam Badshah (Badhah Tattoo) from New Market area on Tuesday afternoon.

The DMP seized Badshah’s mobile phone and also blocked his Facebook page.

The DMP sources said Badshah recently uploaded a video of tattoo making moment of a half-nude girl that has gone viral on social media.

A case has been filed against him under ICT Act.
