Dhaka: How can they miss the chance to celebrate when the whole country is cheering at their grand victory? Well, they can’t, because the very celebration is meant to glorify them, the winning Tigers.

So, the exhilarated Bangladesh wicket keeper Mushfiqur Rahim didn’t waste time to post a ‘winning selfie’ immediately after the stunning series win against Zimbabwe on Wednesday.

‘Alhamdulillah [Praise be to Allah] winning selfie,’ Mushfique captioned his photo posted on his official Facebook page.

Mushfique is seen holding the trophy in his selfie. He also posted another photo in which he is pictured with his teammates.

Such exuberance of celebration is quite logical as this was Tigers’ fifth consecutive cricket series win defeating several giant teams including India, South Africa and Pakistan.

Bangladesh beat Zimbabwe by 61 runs in the third one-day international to complete a whitewash in the three-match series in Dhaka on Wednesday.

Replying to Bangladesh’s 276-9, Zimbabwe were all out for 215 runs in 43.3 overs at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium to suffer their eighth consecutive loss to their Asian rivals.
