Indian captain Virat Kohli has been rested for the upcoming ODI series against Sri Lanka. However, he will play in the third test of the ongoing series.

The selectors named the squad for the third and final Test of the ongoing Paytm Test series against Sri Lanka on Monday. They also announced the squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series, reports the Daily News & Analysis.

Rohit will captain the side in the absence of Kohli while MS Dhoni will return as the wicketkeeper.
