Chittagong: Sylhet Sixers posted 173/5 after being sent to bat by Rangpur Riders in the 31st match of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) season five.

The match began at 1:00pm at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chittagong on Tuesday.

It is a battle between fourth and fifth placed teams in the points table. The Sixers started the tournament with a bang but their miraculous slide began after their loss to Khulna and are now on a losing streak.

They would be hoping to break the shackles today. Rangpur have had a topsy-turvy campaign so far - with 4 wins and 4 loses.

As the race for the play-offs intensifies, both these teams boasting of plethora of talent would be looking to stake claim for the final four spots.
