Bangladesh’s world famed all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has been hospitalized with finger injury during bowling against Sri Lanka in Tri-series final at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Saturday.

After sustaining finger injury, Shakib was taken to Apollo Hospitals in the city for a scam on his finger, reports the UNB.

He required stitches in the injured finger and has been ruled out from rest of the day’s proceedings against Sri Lanka, said Debashish Chowdhury, physician of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
